How Do I Sign Up?

Enter the mobile number to use in your Mobilix account. The number must be verified before using in the app. Mobilix will send you a free SMS with an activation code. Enter the code and start using your new account.
After logging in, the activation code can be used as a password for accessing your account. We recommend that you change the password in Settings.

Signing up to Mobilix is free and only takes a minute!
On signing up you will get a starting balance of 10 credits. That's enough to send up to 10 SMS messages to Russia or 3 SMS's to other available countries.

Signing up and number activation require an Internet connection.
You can also sign up to Mobilix at any time at www.mobilixapp.com.

How Do I Sign In and Out?

Log in to Mobilix with your number and password and get full access to all features!

Forgotten your password? Get a new one for free from the app or at www.mobilixapp.com. Please be aware that after requesting a new password, you will no longer be able to log in with your old one. After logging in you can change the new password to one of your choice in Settings.

You can log out from your account in Settings. After logging out, you won't be able to access your message logs, send SMS's or access your balance. Sign back in to regain access.

How Do I Get A Password?

If you have already signed up to Mobilix, you can get a new password for free from the app or at www.mobilixapp.com. The new password will be sent in an SMS. Use any number activated in your account to request a password.
We recommend that you change the new password in Mobilix Settings.

Requesting a password requires an active Internet connection.

How Do I Send an SMS?

Send cheap SMS messages for fixed prices from Mobilix to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia.
To send a message, specify the recipients and choose a signature from any number attached to your profile or set a free text signature. Next, just enter your text and send the message. You can set the date and time of sending the SMS, and attach photos or video files to your message.
A limit applies to the messages. Every 160 latin characters or 70 cyrillic characters starts a new message. Apart from this rule, the cost of sending an SMS is fixed, whatever your location, mobile carrier or time of day.

How Do I Add Message Recipients?

With Mobilix, you can add as many message recipients as you need. Choose recipients from your Contacts or enter cellular numbers manually.
When sending an SMS, use these number formats:
Russia: +7XXXYYYYYYY or 8XXXYYYYYYY (e.g. 89001234567 or +79001234567);
Ukraine: +380XXYYYYYYY (e.g. +380501234567);
Azerbaijan: +994XXYYYYYYY (e.g. +994001234567);
Armenia: +374XXXYYYYY (e.g. +37400012345).

How Do I Set the Date and Time?

You can specify a date and time to send your SMS. Just choose a time and press Send. At the specified moment, Mobilix will send your message automatically, even if the application isn't running at the time.

How Do I Attach a File?

Choose a photo or video from your albums or take a new one and attach it to the SMS. The file will be uploaded to the Mobilix server and a link to the file will appear in your SMS.
The recipient can download your file from any device connected to the nternet whenever they want. You don't need to activate an MMS service to transfer or download files.
Attaching files doesn't affect the cost of the message.

How Do I Get and Use my Message Logs?

All messages sent from Mobilix are saved and synched to all devices with the application installed. You can access your message logs or modify them from any device using your phone number and password. You can also clear all message logs in Mobilix Settings. All changes in the logs will also be synched.
All sent SMS are listed by recipient. Messages with multiple recipients will appear in all corresponding logs.
Editing message logs requires an active Internet connection.

How Do I Attach and Use More Numbers?

You can use Mobilix on all your numbers. Add a new number in Mobilix Settings and get a free SMS with its activation code. For security reasons, you can only use each new number after confirming it. Before activation, the number will be saved in your account and you can activate it at any time. After confirmation, the number will be ready for use immediately.
Use these numbers as a message signature, for logging in, and to top up your balance.

Activating a number is free and only takes a minute!
Adding and activating numbers requires an active Internet connection.

How Do I Use My Balance and Get Credits?

The Mobilix balance is used to pay for your SMS messages sent from the app. Your Mobilix balance is not connected to your cellular account, so you can send messages from the app without having any credits on your phone.
All payments are converted to credits. Mobilix gives you a bonus for all large payments. The larger your payment, the bigger the bonus you get.

How do I Get Credits via the App Store?

Choose the amount you want to pay and buy credits via your App Store account. You will get the credits as soon as you confirm payment.
Crediting your account via the App Store requires an active Internet connection.
