Add

Tap to add items quickly. Tap the Next button on the keyboard to continue adding items, and tap Done when you are finished. Tap the additional details button (•••) to add a due date, due time, alert, repeat options and notes.

  Add List

Tap to create a list of items quickly. First, enter the list name, then tap Next to start entering items. Tap Done when you are finished. Tap the additional details button (•••) to add a due date, due time, alert, repeat options and notes.

  Action Button

Tap to bring up a popup list of actions for the current page, such as collapsing and expanding lists, sharing, and saving as a template.

  My Priorities

Tap to view a page containing all your starred items. Use this page to keep track of your high-priority items.

  Page Management

Tap to bring up the Pages screen to quickly navigate to another page and to add a new page. Tap the edit button to reorder, edit, and delete your pages.



  Tap & Hold

To add sub-items, tap and hold the item name until the add screen appears. Add sub-items and press Done when finished.

  Deleting Items

Tap while in Edit mode to delete an item, then tap the Delete button.

  Reorder Items

Tap and hold a row while in Edit mode to move a task up or down within a page. Drag and drop the task to the row where you would like it go. Move to the left and right to change the level of the task.

  Moving Items

To move a task to a different page, tap the task and select Page.



  Search

Tap on the Pages button and then tap the Search button in the upper left to search through all your pages for items.

  Templates

To save a page as a template, tap the Action button in the toolbar and select Save As Template from the popup list. You can create pages from templates and manage your templates in the Pages screen.



  Calendar

Calendar integration enables you to see items with due dates in your device's calendar. To enable calendar integration, go to Settings > Data > Calendar.

  Syncing

Syncing enables you to back up your data and to synchronize your data between multiple devices, as well as access data at Priorities Online (my-priorities.com). To set up a new sync account, go to Settings > Data > Sync > Create New Account, and enter your email address and a password. Your pages and templates will be sent and stored securely on our server and synchronized to other devices that are signed into the same account. To manually sync, tap the Settings button, then tap the Sync button in the upper left.

  Page Sharing

To share a page, first you must create a sync account (see "Syncing," above, for instructions). Once you have created a sync account, you are ready to share a page. Tap the action button in the toolbar and select Share Page from the popup list. Enter the email address of the person with whom you'd like to share. Once the invitation is accepted, the page will be shared. Changes that are made on the page will be synchronized among all devices with which you're sharing the page.
