Reporting a problem

VNC Viewer is intended to be quick, reliable, and easy-to-use. In the unlikely event that you encounter a software failure, we would appreciate your feedback.

You can submit a crash report directly to Apple, or alternatively to RealVNC from your computer the next time you sync your device. Simply send an email to iphone-support@realvnc.com, attaching the crash report you find in the appropriate location below. Thank you!
